  Just wanted to drop you a line to say "Thank You" for your great trips. Have been back from Mallorca for a fortnight now and we are just about coming down to earth. We went on 3 trips with yourselves. Inca Market, brilliant! Day in Palma, not long enough but enough for us to decide that next year we will B&B in Palma for a couple of nights during our holiday. And last but not least the Island Tour, not my favourite as it involved a boat trip and I am not a sailor, and I had my purse stolen in Port Soller! Your courier could not have been more helpful and went out of his way to help and whilst it left me shocked and a little shaken because of his quick responce and kindness it did not seem as awful as it could have. You will certainly see us next year!

  although this excursion was verry enjoyable. the free time was scheduled badly! we spend 30.mins at a roadside cafe with nothing else to look at and 1hour in a small town by a cove when nothing was even open! i must admit the view were lovely though. our free time after the short ferry ride was lovely and was just the right amount of time for lunch infact it wouldve been nice to have longer here to enjoy the harbour and open shops... after our ride on the tram we only had a verry small amount of time, barely long enough to get tho the nearest coffee shop and have a toilet break which was ashame because this looked like a lovely place. overall our guide was verry enthusiastic and fairly informative although more information wouldnt have gone a miss, such as the name of the mountains(this we found out the next day by another tour guide on the inca market excursion, who was much more informative). generally the tour and whole day was lovely and we saw alot of the island however it was ashame about the organisation of free time. thankyou for a lovely day :)

  A short email to say how much my wife and I enjoyed the Island Tour & the Caves of Drach on 28th. & 29th.April respectively. We think you give excellent value for money. Your personal commentary is factual, informative and humourous. And what a superb driver we had in Xisco. He was a completely safe and considerate driver and obviosly takes pride in his ability. Clearly, you both want your clients to enjoy themselves. I also mention Ceri (?) She is the clients first introduction to No Frills and her friendly sales talk is not pushy but enthusiastic and she too portrays you want to give a quality service at a reasonable price. I will certainly recommend NoFrills to anyone visiting Puerto Pollensa/Alcudia and I take this opportunity to wish your company every success.

  This was our first visit to Mallorca and we are so glad that we took this tour as well as the Caves of Drach tour. No Frills aims to please. No first time visitor should come to Mallorca without taking this tour with this company. It's beautiful and so much fun. Our driver was Juan and that was also the same name of our guide. Get ready for some truly amazing scenery. I don't want to ruin it for anyone but you will NOT be disappointed! All No Frills staff are very helpful and have lots of useful and honest information. Go see them in their office if you can, they will help you find the tour that's right for you and your family. If we get the opportunity to visit again we will not hesitate to book another tour with this company.

  We've just returned fromMajorca, and went on the Island Tour and Palma shopping excursions. We really enjoyed both trips. The coach driver and your staff (Juan and Michael) were very helpful and very informative. We will certainly book future trips with you when we are able to return to Majorca.

  My wife and I were passengers on your Island Tour Sunday 16th Aug We joined the tour at the Pollensa Park Hotel I would just like to let you know that we enjoyed the tour (even though my wife felt a bit unwell on the mountain roads The stops were well timed the bay where we picked up the boat was something special, The boat, tram and train ride were very enjoyable but a special mention to Joan' / john he made the trip quite enjoyable and he is one of the best tour guides that we have encountered he had very good knowledge of the route and made us laugh on more than a few occasions please pass on our thanks to him and i will certainly recommend your company to any of our friends that visit Majorca in the future . We will most certainly use your company again if we visit and we wish you every success for the future.

  I would just like to say how much my husband and I enjoyed our excursions that we took with your company. It is very nice to have such relaxed excursions where there is plenty of infomation offered but nothing is forced onto you. We did the Palma excursion (Friday 12 June) which was very informative and the guide was very good, he made it a relaxing and informative trip, we particularly enjoyed the Walking Tour. It was much better than taking the public bus. We also did the Island Tour (Sunday 14 June), this was also a fantastic excursion with stunning locations and plenty of good information from the very good guide.
