Just a short email to thank your company for some brilliant excursions. We did the Island tour with Monica, Valdemossa & Lluc with Catalina and The Caves with Juan. All amazing guides. I bet Thomsons don't like you very much!!! we have done excursions with them in other resorts and all I can say is you are much better. Having local guides was fantastic and they were all so friendly. They must get fed up with the repetition but if they do they didn't let it show. I will giving you great comments on trip advisor and your site if there is the facility to do so. Once again thank you for making our holiday. My partner Colin and I had a fantastic day out at the Lluc Monastery and Soller. We were picked up on time from the Miramar Hotel, Puerto Pollensa and the guide, Juan was friendly and helpful from the word go. The driver and Juan were so informative, happy and smiling all the time. We had been to Soller before on our own but we learnt so much this time going with the tour. We met a lovely couple on the tour from Holland and the whole day is a lovely memory. We also went on your Palma tour last year and enjoyed it so much it was the reason for our booking to do a tour with you this year and we certainly recommend your company to anybody that might be thinking of going on a trip whilst on holiday. My wife and I would like to thank No Frills for the trip we had to Lluc and Soller recently. We have been on many No frills excursions over the years wev'e been coming to Mallorca and we have enjoyed them all but this one was outstanding. This was due largely to your excellent tour guide Juan and Pedro the driver who we both like to thank.Although the company name is No Frills on that day we had frills with sangria,popcorn and a drink of the magic water at Lluc. A fantastic day out, packed as wellas varied. The children were not bored at all. We all loved the popcorn and Sangria stop at the reservoir on the way to Soller from Lluc. The monastery was peaceful and stunning in equal measures. The day was made very enjoyable and informative by a the knowledgable and witty guide Juan and the skillful driving of Pedro. Juan went out of his way to be personable and pointed out manby features just for the children like fish in water tanks and donkeys that could be fed from the tram. At the end of the day my son left his hat on the coach, Juan remembered us and tracked down our hotel and deliverd the hat back. Nice gesture.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Lluc & Soller with your company. In fact the highlight of our holiday was the tram drive from the port of Soller to the town, passing through orange & lemon groves and even through back gardens! It gave us a taste of real Mallorca. The guide Juan and the driver were excellent and did everything they could to make our trip interesting and comfortable. I will certainly recommend this trip to friends. All in all it was great value for money.
we had a tour with your co. on friday 30th may to Lluc and soller.I would like to say, that we had a great day. The guide Juan and the driver Pedro were efficient, friendly and helpful. We had good photo stops and had plenty of time to take in the sights.It was a very hot day 32o!!! but Juan had cold drinks on board which were very much appreciated. We had one disaster, my son left his watch on the coach but your agent in the supermarket contacted Juan who had found it. It was left at the Comas desk for him to collect. Just to say a big THANK YOU for your help on our recent visit to Majorca. The airport transfer and the two excursions to Palma and Soller went very smoothly. Our guests were very pleased. We have used No Frills three years in a row. We had Juan (joan) as our tour guide and he was brilliant. The Lluc monastery is beautiful. The road to this has some fantastic scenery. We then made our way to Puerto Soller which is absoultely stunning. We were even given the offer of a lunch deal which was in a restaurant sitting next to the marina. We then took the opportunity to take th tran from Puerto Soller to Soller where there is an amazing Ice Cream factory. A fantastic tour at a fantastic price
