Our customer opinion is very important
I was reading a few weeks ago that one of main factors that influence a customer to buy is price and customer feedback comments. This study mainly applied to the reservation of hotels but I think that this conclusion can apply to the sector in which I work which is excursions and holiday experiences.
This is why in the new version of the nofrills excursions website we will include options for both factors that I would like to anticipate in this blog.
On the one hand we have created a blog titled “excursionpricesinmallorca.com” which analises the different tours of each company/travel agency/tour operator in the marketplace, this details the characteristics and prices of each tour in detail. In addition we provide a list of prices for each company in PDF format that is fully trasparent and credible.
From our website each page will have a link to this blog regarding the excursion.
In relationship to comments we will give two options
Inclusion of an external source of feedback, in this case it will be trip advisor. This is an important social network and where we allready have a established presence.
Inclusion of our own internal source of feedback, based on comments that clients can leave on our website.
The main reason we choose to include our own internal source of feedback is because tripadvisor does not have the capacity to filter each excursion and reviews of many products are assigned to the company name. In understanding how travelers plan their vacation, we have realised that many people think in terms of the excursion/activity, therefore we believe that this option can give the customer the option to review a particular product whilst creating content for our website.
