We have just returned from 2 wonderful weeks in Mallorca and 2 great trips with No Frills excursions. The highlight of our stay was the Rural Mallorca trip where we visiting 2 lovely Markets, purchased food which we later prepared with help of our guide Michael, went wine tasting and visited an old Mallorcian town house to see how Mallorcians live.

The day was brilliant thanks to our coach driver Sisco and guide Michael. It was a highly informative day, we learnt alot about the history of the island as well as how Mallorcians live and the sorts of food they eat.

We went with 4 children who all had a fab day; no-one got bored thanks mainly due to our guide and driver going above and beyond the call of duty to ensure EVERYONE on the coach enjoyed their day! We would recommend this excursion to anybody interested in learning more about the Mallorca island and culture of Mallorca.

Our only regret is that we didn’t do this on the 1st week of our stay, and the wine we tasted was not only delicious but also very reasonably priced! We could easily have stocked up for our 2nd week!! This is an excursion where you get a chance to get to know others you are travelling with, and is a far more relaxed day than a sight seeing tour. Just brilliant!!

We did the Island tour with Juan and excellent driver Marco(?) on 28th August 2013 and found the scenery absolutely stunning. To be able to travel into the mountains and gaze down into the valleys was exciting. Going on all the different types of transport was a joy, and having to access the beach at La Calobra to find such a hidden jewel, was in itself, quite an unusual experience. The sea was a beautiful turqouise and so clear. All in all, I would thoroughly recommend this trip, Juan was entertaining as well as very knowledgeable and the driver of the coach was excellent, he had to be, as the roads through the mountains were quite hairaising! We still have the little almonds Juan!

We went on the Island tour with Juan on 2nd October 2013 The mountain and coast scenery was stunning. The fascinating tram and railway journeys were memorable. Full marks to the coach driver. We felt safe on the thrilling mountain roads, and you were a brilliant guide Juan! Our friends, the Buntings thought this was the highlight of the holiday, and so did we!

My partner and I have just returned from a holiday in Puerto Pollensa, Majorca. The No Frills excursion to Port of Soller, Soller and Valledmosa was fabulous. It was very well organised, travelling through stunning scenery with stops at just the right places. Our guide for the day, Catalina, was very knowledgeable and friendly with a sense of humour. There was a great atmostphere in Soller, it being the last day of the Orange Festival, and it was fun going on a tram. The coach driver steered us expertly along the mountain roads travelling through Deia and on to Valdemossa and the Monastry. It was also good to have time to savour this beautiful place. I would thoroughly recommend this trip which was great value for money.
