At 20:30 The House of Son Amar opens its doors, and you can enjoy the bar service in the old courtyard of the stately home. At 21:00 you can watch the Son Amar fountain show outside, which is reminiscent of the famous Bellagio in Las Vegas. After seeing the Son Amar water fountains show, we will accompany you for a skip-the-line priority entrance to the Son Amar theatre. In the VIP Son Amar Supper Club experience you have tables with the best views of the stage, and comfortable sofas to enjoy the Exhibit show. In the photos section above, you can see a plan of the location of your seats in Son Amar. You will have a VIP waiter service, with champagne Moët Chandon, strawberries and chocolate, for a unique experience.
At 21:30 the Son Amar theatre doors open, and the staff will take you to your seats. At 22:00 the House of Son Amar Exhibit Show begins, which has two parts, with a short intermission between the two. The show is a unique experience in which you will be immersed in a fascinating display with a multitude of performances, acrobatics, Cirque du Soleil artists, 4D and 5D technology, music, dance, and fun. It will be one of the best nights you spend in Mallorca.
The show ends around 00:00, and then we will drive back to the resort.
Customers' reviews
The Show was fantastic, the venue was great and served great food (which was abit on the pricey side). The two complaints and the reason why I've give 4 stars instead of 5 is because the bus driver who picked us up was driving like a lunatic because he was running late to get to the show, we got there on time for the show but not early enough to see the fountain show which was dissapointing. The driver made everyone on the bus wait nearly 20 minutes for a couple that did not turn up for the pick up - sorry but if you're not there at the time you were requested to be the driver should just move on to the next pick up, not make everyone wait then drive like a lunatic to make up the time they just wasted. The other complaint is the ticket was sold as waiter table service but it was actually quite hard to get the attention of the waiters. They should of had a few more waiters available to serve the tables.
The Son Amar VIP experience is anything but "VIP". The transport was good and on time but the experience (apart from the performance) was woeful. On arriving there was no coordination of where to go or what to see or do. We were promised a light and sound fountain show but this was not working ; no-one thought to let us know and there was not recommpence (we found out by accident). So a lot of time spent lining the companies pockets buying drinks to bide our time. We were then shown to our seats (the wrong ones, so had to be moved again...even though the tickets had the table number on!!l. We did get a glass of champagne (warm). We were promised strawberries and chocolate on the table. They were, but I've never seen such limp and sorry for themselves strawberries ever! (All 4 of them). The chocolate was 2 individually wrapped tasteless lumps of cheap milk "chocolate". The individual bar service to the table was also woeful and we had to "flag" someone down to get any extra drinks. That said the entertainment was superb. My advice, so go and see the show, the VIP is overrated by a long way. I'd also ring before hand to see whether the fountain show is running, as I suspect this isn't the first night they have been milking people for extra drinks time.
Eine Show der Superlative, sowohl von den Artisten als auch von den Sängern. Ein schöner kurzweiliger Abend! Ist zu empfehlen
Amazing show, stunning performances. Unforgettable memory! Recommend to everyone!
Having seen Pirates a couple of times on previous visits, we thought we'd try something different, and really glad we did! This was a really enjoyable show - great singers, acrobats, Spanish dancing, comedy. The meal was very edible, and the drinks are reasonably priced (€3 for a medium glass of wine - first glass is free). The staff were helpful and looked after us. The fountain show at the end just brought the evening to a magical close! Would definitely pick this over Pirates and will probably book again on our future trips to the island!
We booked this excursion when our tour operators, Thomson, let us down by the rep in not turning up to the meeting. I must admit, not knowing any better, I was a little apprehensive thinking that maybe No Frills might be a little rough round the edges due to the name - but how wrong I was! No Frills were absolutely fantastic. They turned up right on time - how they managed this when we were the last pick up and knowing how easily delays can happen - I don't know. So first "big tick" for No Frills. We were then introduced to our guide Robert who turned out to be brilliant! So friendly and knowledgeable with a great sense of humour. The show was amazing. We had a wonderful seat with the best view. The meal was one of the best I have ever tasted and again the mind boggles as to how they manage to serve such quality food so beautifully cooked when they are dealing with such a vast amount of people all at the same time. The Majorcans certainly know how to put on a show. It was captivating from start to finish. I will definitely not bother with our tour operator when booking excursions on future trips to Port de Pollenca - I will be using No Frills every time! I just hope we get Robert again as the guide ;-) Thank you for such a professional, brilliant service. I cannot praise No Frills enough.
