Received refund today. Thank you so much for refunding so fast. We have been on Nofrills Excursions in the past and can honestly say you are a fantastic company. Was really happy to be coming on more and now so sad that we can not this year. But will rebook our holiday as soon as we are allowed and will denifinitely book the excursions again with you.

She delivered a fascinating day out with humour and encouraged my family to try a variety of local delicacies, which we thoroughly enjoyed from orange cappuccinos to almond cake and coca de patata. Catalina also encouraged us to visit the free art museums (one of which houses Picasso ceramics) and the beautiful church in Soller. I would definitely recommend this trip for any age. I only wished we could have spent more time in Puerto Soller, as it is so beautiful. I could have enjoyed a whole day there, as it is stunning.

We received a lot of valuable information about the island and its history. The bus drive up the hill was relaxing and the view spectacular. We saw some nice towns and always had enough free time to grab lunch/go into shops etc. The program is quite extensive but there is always opportunity to relax.

The tour itself was a detailed exploration of northern Majorca. The first stop, Port of Soller is a charming harbour town (so many yachts!) but we were only there for 30 minutes before taking the wooden tram to Soller. Do note that if you're not so nimble on your pins (but can still climb the steep tram steps), you may want to ask your guide to ensure that you can get a seat on the tram. Many of us were standing for the half-hour journey to Soller, which is a scenic trip through the countryside, into Soller past the church of Saint Bartholomew, terminating at the train station where there are two small art museums. Juan recommended an ice cream shop just off the main square, which we thoroughly enjoyed. On to Valldemossa, a pretty cobbled village, whilst taking in picturesque views of hillside olive trees, houses and sea views whilst our driver Jaume successfully negotiated the hairpin bends without any worries. In Valldemossa, many of our fellow travellers visited the monastery and attended a short piano concert but we were happy to sit in the sun at one of the many cafes and restaurants and shop for souvenirs at a bodega. Heading back to the hotels, Juan continued to inform us about what we could see. It was a thoroughly fabulous day out and I would recommend No Frills to anyone visiting Majorca.

What a great day we had! The boat took us to the port of Sóller, lovely quaint place, then got on the tram to Sóller village, went for coffee and cake before getting on the vintage train. This took us through several tunnels and over bridges, great views, we Would definitely recommend it!!!

Our first port of call on the trip was Valldemossa - a really charming town located in the Tramuntana mountain range . Then, we were back on the bus enjoying some spectacular views over the Med ( a tip - sit on the left side of the bus for the best views!). On our way to Sóller we had a photo stop in a place called Mirador de Sa Foradada, just a few kilometers from Deia ( on a clear windy day the view was simply breathtaking..). Soller on Tuesdays is not as busy as on Saturdays( the Market day, its up to you to decide which day you prefer as NoFrills do their trips on Saturdays too, I opted for the less hectic Tuesday's one). Then we took the tram to Soller(a tip-sit on the right this time around for the better views- on the left the views are disrupted by the afternoon's sun rays) The last stop was Port de Sóller( a tip- take the street on the left as you leave the tram- the view over the bay from above are definitely worth the bit of a walk up the hilly road) In conclusion, I really lovely trip, would've liked it even better if I had known where to sit to enjoy the views to the full ;) P.S. the guide was really knowledgeable and informative(sorry, but her name has slipped my mind somehow...), the driver was professional and drove safely on the crazy zig-zag roads of northern Mallorca...

Don't be put off by the name of the company it was 1st class in every way and great value for money. Easily booked online with a convenient local pick up point to our hotel. They were very punctual and the driver Fernando was courteous and very helpful. Our guide Catalina was simply amazing. Very knowledgeable and entertaining. The tour was perfect and at half the price the tour company wanted a bargain. Faultless

On the way valdermosa our 1st port of call, our tour guide for the day Albert gave us a great insight about the mountains and the importance they are to majorca. Once in valdermosa we went on a little tour with Albert, which was very informative. And a little time browse before we set off to soller. The scenery was stunningly beautiful. Once in soller we had free time before a tram ride to the port, then a short stay there before heading back. Our guide Albert was very informative and very knowledgeable about majorca which made the day a great trip. A great guy, and a great guide thank you to Albert.
