  This trip gave more than I expected. The journey through the mountains was fantastic with our very informative guide providing an interesting commentary. The views were spectacular and the roads certainly interesting in places, but the driver was clearly experienced and made the trip very comfortable. The boat trip was longer than I expected and we followed the incredible spectacle of the limestone cliffs down to the port at Soller. A really vibrant town with a long curving bay, we had time to explore and enjoy lunch by the marina. Next was the tram ride along the seafront, then inland through lemon groves to the old town. Our guide was so organised, giving clear timings and instructions, and was there to ensure we didn’t miss any of our connections. Had a drink in Soller before catching the train back through the mountains towards Palma. Travelled through a number of tunnels and, again, some great views. Unfortunately, our journey was cut a little short as a lorry had hit the overhead cables at a crossing further down the line. Our guide and driver took this in their stride and plans were quickly rescheduled so the coach picked us up at a different station. Enjoyed the coach journey back, with our guide sharing more interesting facts. I even enjoyed it as we travelled around dropping people at their hotels as we saw different places we wouldn’t otherwise have seen. Fab trip and good value for money.

  The trip was very well organised. Bus pick up was hassle free and on time. The bus trip around the bendy mountain roads was very enjoyable, the driver showed great skill in negotiating the hairpin bends. The boat, tram and train were fantastic. Plenty of time at Sa Calobra, which is stunning and also a nice time at Puerto Soller for lunch - exceptionally beautiful place. Our guide, Dori, was very informative and had a great sense of humour. All in all a fantastic day out - a must do trip when going to Mallorca. Totally recommend 'NoFrills Excursions'

  Most excellent tour! Highly recommended! Dory was a most informative guide and really treated us all like family. The driver was most excellent at negotiating the bends of the Majorcan mountains too! Most pleasant air conditioned coach, the day was planned very smoothly and didn’t feel rushed at all. Plenty of time for photo opportunities. We had a most excellent paella at Port de Soller. Coach, boat, tram and train what a most excellent enjoyable day! Best thing was being picked up and dropped off at our hotel. Thank you Dory and team!

  Big thanks to Miguel and Jeannine ! The driver was very safe navigating in the narrow roads in the mountains (managing the cross over of the bikers very smoothly!) And Jeannine was very kind, very attentionate. She always made sure that we understand everything cause the tour was only in english and german but we were also some french, spanish and italians. I Can only imagine the headache at the end of the day juggling between 4 or 5 languages! Many thanks!
