We had a lovely time last week on the island tour with Nofrills. All Covid safety rules are followed, group was small, all persons with the masks, gel also available. Our guide was amazing, gave us so many informations about the island and its history. Views were incredible! Everyone once in a lifetime should visit this route. Thank you for keeping us safe and great organization. We will recommend it and hope to be able to visit Mallorca again.

Absolutely fantastic day out, Would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting or living in Mallorca. Was made extra special because of our highly entertaining tour guide 'Juan' who made us feel extremely welcome (even Lynton) and answered all our questions with a smile, nothing we asked of him was a bother, infact he & the lovely driver positively went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Thankyou so much.

Our holiday was cancelled due to Covid-19. However, my experience with the company has been top rate. I asked for a refund and they processed this swiftly without a hitch. I would definitely book with them again.

Today we went on the island tour (stating out by being picked up at our hotel, on time) which included a very scenic journey over the mountains with Jaime, our driver expertly navigating a series of narrow hairpin bends that are every bit the match of anything in the Alps. Juan, our guide, provided a steady stream of informative, interesting and numerous commentary in excellent English. On reaching Sa Colabra we boarded a boat after which we stopped for lunch before taking the tram to Seller. If you get the chance, try an "orange Seller" - a highly refreshing drink and an ice cream at the same time! It was then on the train to pick up the coach back to the hotel. A great value day ably hosted by Juan and expertly engineered by Jaime. We'll soon our next trip.

Having completed your Island Tour excursion on the Sunday just gone (21st August) we were privileged enough to have Juan guide us through the wonderful landscapes that can be seen on the tour. He conducted the tour excellently striking a good balance between entertaining and funny with being informative and engaging. It meant that a long day of travel that could've dragged became a day you didn't want to end. Juan is the best tour guide in the world. Another area of praise for him would be the calm and professional manner he conducted the tour in when, due to bad weather, the plan for our day had to be changed quite considerably. Even though this was happening, it didn't feel chaotic or out of control as it could've been. The island tour itself was a fantastic journey with plenty to see and do. Furthermore, it was fantastic to split the day up amongst different forms of transport creating a trying unique experience that anywhere else will struggle to replicate or improve. Special praise should also go to Francisco, our wonderful driver, who navigated some of the tightest roads and corners I've ever seen with ease. Simply a fantastic day out.

Booked the island tour yesterday for the trip today. Service in the No Frills office was very good. Picked up on time for the tour today. Enjoyed a hugely scenic coach trip through the mountains which included a stop off for a coffee at a view point. The tour leader Albert was interesting and amusing throughout. The coach dropped us at Port de Sal Calobra where a short walk takes you to a stunning cove that looks like something from Jurassic park. We then boarded a boat for a scenic trip along the coast and the stunning cliffs to Port de Sóller where we had time for lunch before taking the old tram to Sóller town. After a quick ice cream break we boarded the old train to Palma which winds through the mountains and many tunnels. The coach was there to pick us up and take us home when we got off. The organisation of the tour was excellent, Albert was always on hand if you need anything and was very clear in directions, times and meeting points. The bus driver was also superb. The tour does take quite a lot of time (around 9 hours I think) and at the hight of summer as it is now the temperatures of 32c or more can challenging at times but we all enjoyed it (including 5 year old daughter and 12 year old son) just remember to take sun cream, hats and to drink plenty or water

Trip including coach, boat, tram and train - BEST TRIP EVER! Again, we were collected promptly very near the hotel. Our guide was Juan - most lovely person! Juan entertained us with jokes and lots of information as the coach travelled inland up and down the mountains. The roads are not for the faint hearted as they are steep and narrow but Juan said James was 'the best driver in the world'. we safely navigated the mountains and stopped at a cafe for refreshments, where we could take in the glorious mountainous views - stunning! Then back on the coach down to the port. We has about 20 minutes to admire the beautiful port. It was actually a secluded cove. We boarded the boat and travelled close to the shore to admire the rock formations and sea views. We went on a lovely tram but I cannot remember much about that bit of the day. We then travelled to Port de Soller. It was stunning! It actually felt very 'Italian Riviera' with its pizzas and ice-creams. We explored the town. I bought some Sketchers trainers for €45 - bargain! The church here was gorgeous. It was quiet and dark and a welcome peace in all the holiday excitement. Next, it was time for the train ride. It's an old, original train that's rickety and authentic. We sat on the balcony between carriages rather than in a carriage. We travelled high into the mountains with excellent panoramic views. There were tunnels through the rock, one being 2 km long which was cold - a rare feeling in the height of summer! Finally the train pulled into a little station and the coach was was there waiting to take us back to the hotel. A BRILLIANT day out with FANTASTIC staff who are worth their weight in gold! They could be bored and indifferent, doing the same trips each day, but they weren't . We were made to feel special from start to finish. I cannot recommend 'No Frills' excursions enough! The trips are comfortable, safe, entertaining, interesting, stunning etc etc. The staff are EXCELLENT! Try them for yourselves!! You won't be disappointed!

The air-conditioned coach picked us up near to our hotel and we were greeted by our guide for the day, a gentleman called Juan and our driver, James. We climbed the Tramuntana mountains to a cafe where we stopped for a drink and ice-creams. The journey is lovely with fantastic views and plenty of photo opportunities. We followed the mountain road to the beautiful port of Sa Calobra. We had half an hour here before boarding a yacht for a cruise lasting approximately 45 minutes - the coastline is beautiful and we were taken to the Port of Soller. We had an hour here to browse the shops and restaurants before boarding a tram to the centre of Soller - again, there is a small stop here before boarding a train to Palma where you meet the bus - which took us to the door of our hotel. Be prepared for a long day - but a very rewarding day. The views of the island are amazing and it was good to get away from the tourist route and experience the island from the Mallorcan's point of view. I have to praise the tour guide Juan - he told us he had done this particular tour on lots of occasions - but he spoke with an infectious enthusiasm that can't fail to impress. He answered questions patiently and with great knowledge and really went out of his way to ensure that everybody had a great day. Thank you Juan. I would definitely recommend this excursion to anybody who goes to Majorca.
