I received the two confirmation emails with the exact pick-up point instructions right after booking, which made the start of the morning very clear. The journey to the city was very pleasant because the English-speaking guide explained the recommended walking routes and shopping areas perfectly. Once we arrived, I loved having the flexibility of a completely open itinerary to visit the Royal Palace of La Almudaina and do some shopping at my leisure. The return journey in the afternoon was equally smooth and well-timed. It is a highly recommended excursion for anyone wanting independent time in the city with the reassurance of organized transport.
A very comfortable and well-coordinated excursion to Palma de Mallorca. The air-conditioned coach picked us up exactly on time from Puerto Pollensa, and both the guide and driver were exceptionally polite and professional. Being dropped off just a few minutes' walk from the Cathedral allowed us to enjoy the sights without undertaking long, tiring walks. This local company is highly commendable for a stress-free day out.

Such an easy way to see Palma without the stress of driving and parking. The NoFrills coach was super comfy and dropping us right by the Cathedral was a massive bonus.

Cant fault the trip at all. Prompt pick up and well planned journey. Guide was excellent and ensured everyone knew what was happening, in English and German. Adequate time to explore Palma on our own and same level of planning for return journey back to Playa De Muro.

Just finished my Palma excretion with no frills and had the pleasure of Jeannie helping with any suggestions and guiding if we needed in the city. I was really nervous when I first booked as I didn’t realise until later Alcúdia (where I’m staying) is North of the Island and away from everything and I wasn’t confident with driving but this offered a chance to explore without having to rent a car, if I had more time would defo have booked more but only had about 2 days. Please book you won’t be disappointed getting lost in the city eating the best tapas, drinking sangrias and exploring!❤️
