We will take you to discover the famous Soller Railway on this brand new half day tour. This is your chance to experience the more than 100-year old wooden carriage train in a half day tour. The trip doesn't start until midday, so you can sleep in and have breakfast in peace.
We will collect you at around 13:15-14:15 from a meeting point close to your hotel and we will drive you by coach to the station in Palma. Here you will board the vintage wooden train that will take you to Soller. The train, one of the oldest in Spain, passes through beautiful countryside on the route towards the mountains and then passes through tunnels, leading to the Soller Valley where you will have the most magnificent views of your holiday.
You will have approximately 35 minutes to enjoy Soller, the most stunning town in the Serra de Tramuntana, with its eclectic architecture and privileged location, surrounded by the impressive mountains. You will have time to stoll through the pretty streets, enjoy an ice cream made from the famous Soller oranges or visit the stunning church and main square.
Then we continue our adventure aboard the charming tram. Enjoy a scenic 25-minute journey through the picturesque valley, descending towards the enchanting Port Soller. Take in the panoramic views of the port during our 40-minute stop, before we make our way back, ensuring you make the most of this unforgettable excursion. We will return from Port Soller by coach at around 18:00.

Great half-day tour to ride the Soller Train and tram with a relaxed schedule.
We booked this half-day Soller Train tour with NoFrills Excursions and it was exactly what we wanted. Easy pick-up, guaranteed seats and no rushing.
We chose the Soller Train and Tram half-day tour because we didn’t want a full-day excursion, and it was perfect. The late start meant a relaxed morning, and the train ride through the mountains was absolutely beautiful. The tram to Port de Sóller was a highlight and everything was very well organised from start to finish.
Trotz Busausfall wurde ich sofort von einem Kleintransporter von Katharina am vereinbarten Ort abgeholt um in einen anderen Reisebus zu steigen. Die Fahrt war dann einfach ein Träumchen. Die Busfahrt ging durch die herrliche Landschaft nach Palma um da in den alten Zug umzusteigen. Die Zugfahrt war spannend und ging mitten durch einen Berg und dann vorbei an Schokoladen-, Zitronen und Avocado Bäumen vorbei. Unsere Reiseleitung Katharina hat uns mit viel Herz und Humor begleitet! Das Zeichen war die "Purple Rose" nach der wir uns richten konnten. Katharina hielt ein Strauß lila Rosen hoch, somit wussten wir immer wo unsere Gruppe war. Nach einem kurzen Aufenthalt in Sóller ging es dann mit der Tram nach Port de Sóller, wo wir auch noch mal einen 30minütigen Aufenthalt hatten. Die Zeit ging schnell vorbei, aber der Busfahrer Miguel hat uns dann wieder heile nach Hause gebracht und wir alle nahmen sehr schöne Eindrücke mit nach Hause bzw. ins Hotel! Sehr empfehlenswert! Danke an Katharina und Miguel!
The trip was great, well organised and no rushing about, katherina was really informative and very friendly and the driver Kiki drove safely, we had a private carriage on the train as we were a small group so no problems with seating and we could enjoy the views from outside at the back of the train. Spectacular views on the train of the mountains. We had around 40 minutes in Soller to have a look around and we got a delicious pastry from a local bakery and a coffee, we then had a private tram down to the port again with lovely views of the mountains and variety’s of fruit trees. We had about 35 minutes at the port to enjoy the views and enjoy the local ice cream which was delicious. Thank you
Easy relaxed day from pick up to drop off maybe could have had a bit more time in Soller and port out of roller but Camy and our Driver were very well organised and welcoming
Both Camy and our Driver were excellent. Whole afternoon from pick up to drop off was conducted in a easy casual mood. Really enjoyed the experience thankyou all.
We wanted to experience the Soller train and tram without spending a lot of time in either Soller or Port de Soller. This trip was perfect. We were picked up in Port de Pollensa in an air conditioned coach and after a few pickups around Pollensa and Alcudia we headed to Palma. We had half a hour or so to get a coffee or drink in the station. And there are loos there too. From there we boarded the train to Soller … views were fantastic and we loved being able to stand on the viewing platforms between the coaches. Then after half an hour or so we got the tram to the port where there was time to enjoy the view and have an ice cream. All instructions were clear and we thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon. Thanks to Kami for her ability to organise us all and Kiko for his excellent driving. We thought the trip was excellent value for money and would recommend.
Great half day excursion very well organised Katarina kept us informed about the area on the way to get train and once there. Beautiful town definitely recommend this trip. Could do with a bit more time at Soller and Port soller but is only a half day excursion. We'll worth going to see.
Very enjoyable and well organised trip. Our guide Katharina explained every step of the trip. The train ride from Palma to Soller was lovely with great views. We has 40 minutes in Soller which was enough time to have a little walk around and stop for a drink. Tram to Port Soller was a good experince. There we had a 25 minute stop. Then back on our coach for return back to hotels, excellent coach driver. Very good value for money compared to other companies, would highly recommend booking.
