  Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, der Ausflug war, trotz schlechten Wetters, gut organisiert und hat uns echt Spaß gemacht! Nur das Durcheinander beim Zugeinstieg am Bahnhof in Palma war blöd. Ich wollte gleich in den hintersten Wagon einsteigen, aber ein Bahnmitarbeiter verbot mir dies. Meine Tochter stand neben mir und hat geweint. Ich durfte erst nach einiger Zeit an ihm vorbei gehen und auch nur, weil uns die Reiseleiterin geholfen hat. Eigentlich waren die beiden hintersten Wagen für uns reserviert. Laut unserer Reiseleiterin war dies mit dem Bahnmangement auch so abgestimmt, schade! Diese Tour sollte bitte nächstes Mal noch besser mit den Bahnmitarbeitern abgestimmt werden. Trotz allem waren die Bahn- und Tramfahrten selber sehr schön und auch die vielen Anekdoten unterwegs von unserer gut gelaunten Reiseleiterin waren ein großes Plus, vielen Dank dafür! Toll war auch, dass wir bei der Rückfahrt die ersten Personen waren, die bei ihren Hotels wieder aussteigen konnten. Danke & Viele Grüße aus München Familie Schneider-Siedel

  Train & tram was amazing would have liked a little extra time in both resorts. The only negative comment is the bus journey back was far too long could have taken direct route but instead of an hour took 2 hours we just made it back with 30 minutes to spare before hotel restaurant closed

  We took the half day trip on the Sollers train and tram, it was a great trip, picked up on a modern air conditioned bus and dropped off right outside the station, the train itself was remarkable with fantastic views on the journey, we had just enough time in Sollers to have a look round before taking the tram, Katrina our guide was also fantastic and very informative, the communication with No frills was very good with an immediate reply on WhatsApp to a question.

  Amazing trip! Our guide Katerina was so lovely! She made the trip so magical! It was a great way to see the area and get a feel for the culture and traditions. Beautiful views! We really enjoyed it and definitely recommend it.

  What a fantastic trip. We have been coming to Mallorca for many years and never got around to seeing Sloller and Port de Soller. This was a great trip of an afternoon experiencing all the most important bits, ie the train, tram and ice cream! Our guide Katerina was lovely and so helpful. We now are thinking of staying in Port de Soller next time. Thank you xx

  I’ll start by saying the tour was ok. We did enjoy it. Katrina was great as a guide. My only issue, but it’s a big enough issue to prevent me from recommending the tour to others, was how rushed it was. There wasn’t really time to both take the time to appreciate Soller and get refreshments and use the toilet. It would have been much better to start in the morning and make it a full day tour. That way we would have had sufficient time in both Soller and Port De Soller to fully appreciate it, have lunch, have an unrushed drink etc.

  The lady what looked after us 10 out of 10 our only complaint was too long for drop off at individual hotels at the end for only that when it came to ours we had to walk 10 minutes back to ours 😠 which meant missing our evening meal 😠

  Fantastic excursion, really enjoyed the spectacular views on the train and tram. Our tour guide was amazing and gave really useful information. Would be nice to have more time in Soler.

  Katharina was awesome. She is a great guide. It would be a little more fun, if there would be half or one hour more time at Sóller and Port de Sóller without booking the full day trip. But it was still a very great trip. The information Katharina gave were very appreciated. The trip with the train was so interesting and within 6 hours you visited Palma, Sóller and Port de Sóller. I can definitely recommend the tour.
