Excellent. Our plane was two hours late. Driver was there when we arrived. Friendly. Helpful. Courteous. Took us to our tricky to find accommodation quickly and efficiently. Would recommend whole-heartedly.
Can't thank you enough, flight was delayed 3hrs leaving Glasgow, sent email to Lisa, eventually landed in Palma approx 11.30pm, managed to get through customs electronic system fast and when we got to the baggage our cases were there, straight out and was thinking to myself I hope the driver is here and hadn't got fed up waiting for us. Walked out the door and saw my name on his tablet. He took my suitcase and got us in the car and off we went. What a lovely driver, talkative, friendly and helpful. Thank you once again No Frills all the years we have been dealing with you its been fantastic service. I am on my way out and calling into you to book a day drip to Palma.
