Coronavirus – Mallorca Tours

The COVID-19 pandemic, also known as Coronavirus, is an unprecedented phenomenon for all of us that we have never faced before. In Mallorca, like other regions of the world, it is also having an important effect, and we follow the recommendations and orders of the Government of Spain.

The situation is constantly evolving and every day there are different news and updates. For us, the most important thing at the moment is the safety and health of all those who are in countries where there are coronaviruses cases. Tourist attractions in Mallorca remain closed and flights restricted, by virtue of the decree of the state of alarm of the Government of Spain. To that end, this is what we are doing to support you:

• At the moment we have canceled and reimbursed all bookings for activities and excursions until April 20, for the safety of travelers.

• Our customer service team is teleworking to answer any questions or concerns you may have about your reservation. While there might be some delays due to the volume of emails, we want to assure you that every request will be answered.

• We are constantly monitoring the situation and our policies will continue to be flexible as the situation evolves.

• We are uploading on our facebook page different updates and video so you know how things are in Mallorca at this moment.

We encourage everyone to follow the instructions of your local health authority, as they will have the latest information, to protect yourself and others. We wish this moment to pass as soon as possible, and we wish you all good health and cheer in these difficult times.

Excursion cancellations due to coronavirus

For any cancellation of reservations, customers are recommended to contact us by email at online@nofrills-excursions.com requesting the refund and cancellation of the activity.

We have a flexible cancellation policy on process and we are doing full refunds if you cant come to Mallorca due to coronavirus. Some comments from our clients:
